Canderel Residential and Kingsett Capital are now pre-selling Forêt, a new condo complex at 490 Saint Clair Avenue West in Toronto. The project is expected to be completed in 2025. The prices of available units start in the $700,000s. There are 1000 units in Forêt. The square footage ranges from 305 to 2000 square feet.

490 St Clair is composed of three towers with over 1,000 residential units and is anchored by a new public park at the corner that is connected to a mid-block open space. The development includes daycare space with outdoor play area, as well as retail animating the widened public boulevards. The design also takes advantage of proximity to transit and to the recreational trails of nearby ravines.
